8th UFYLC RANKA NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2018 organised by UNIVERSITY FIVE YEAR LAW COLLEGE, JAIPUR.
Saveetha Shool of Law won FIRST place in the 8th UFYLC RANKA NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2018 organised by UNIVERSITY FIVE YEAR LAW COLLEGE, JAIPUR.
About 54 colleges from all over India participated in the moot. The team comprising of Maanasa. S, Suba Yoga. S and Subaashini.S.R represented Saveetha School of Law, Chennai and
ranked 5 out of 54 teams in Preliminary Rounds. Then the team qualified for Quarter-finals and Semi-finals by securing highest mark. In the Semi-finals, they competed and won the knock out round, qualifying for Finals. In the finals, Saveetha School of Law strived to outdo for another acknowledgment with UILS Punjab team which was adjudged by the Retired Senior Counsels of High Court of Patna and Rajasthan. They secured 359 where the opponents scored 325 and deserved the victory of the 8th UFYLC Rank national Moot court Competition 2018.
